Made during WW2 when Britain released a campaign to 'Make do and mend'.
This little squirrel brooch is a pop of joyous yellow handmade with extremely fine plastic coil platted over a brass brooch base with a black inner circle.
Beautifully executed in very good condition for its 80 + years, patina on brass pin.
